The authors of this research report introduce and evaluate comparatively the most important textbooks for the teaching of Greek as a foreign language. 

Detailed tables present how grammar is taught in these books and how analyses of grammatical phenomena are distributed per unit. These comparative tables can also be utilized as detailed indices by everyone who teaches Greek as a foreign language, in order to choose the units or the educational material that they deem suitable for their teaching needs. 

This comparative evaluation was also an essential preliminary step for the production of all the educational material intended for the Minority pupils in secondary education.
