Training of Teachers for the History Class
The training of teachers for the History class aims at:
- presenting the educational materials (particularly the books and the supplementary-support materials), the principles based on which they were designed, and their features (simple language, lots of pictures and illustrations, use of maps, supplementary information, chronologies, activities for pupils);
- familiarizing teachers with the logic and the use of the proposed materials for the teaching of the History class.
In the 2010-11 school year the following training seminars were organized:
Introduction to the Educational Materials for the History Class
On 1/13/2011, in Xanthi, and on 1/14/2011 in Komotini.
Trainers: Theodora Rombou and Triandáphyllos Petridis.
